Vaccine Schedule

Preventing diseases in pets.

Puppy Health Care Schedule

8 weeks:

  • Complete physical exam
  • Vaccinate for DHPPC (no lepto)
  • Fecal check (deworm if parasites are found)
  • Begin flea control (topical only)

12 weeks:

  • Vaccinate for DHLPPC (with lepto)
  • Vaccinate for Bordetella
  • Deworm for intestinal parasites
  • Continue flea control every month

16 weeks:

  • Vaccinate for DHLPPC (with lepto)
  • Continue flea control every month
  • Vaccinate for Rabies (one year)

6 months:

  • Schedule a spay or neuter procedure and pre-anesthetic blood testing
  • Microchip for permanent identification
  • Continue flea control every month

Annual Care:

  • Complete physical exam annually
  • Vaccinate for DHLPPC (one year)
  • Vaccinate for Bordetella (one year)
  • Vaccinate for Rabies (three years)
  • Fecal checks or deworming are recommended yearly
  • Continue flea control every month

Kitten Health Care Schedule

8 weeks:

  • Complete physical exam
  • Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus test
  • Vaccinate for FVRCP
  • Vaccinate for FIV (outdoor packages only)
  • Fecal check (deworm if parasites are found)
  • Begin flea control (topical only)

12 weeks:

  • Vaccinate for FVRCP and FELV
  • Vaccinate for FIV (outdoor packages only)
  • Deworm for intestinal parasites
  • Continue flea control every month

16 weeks:

  • Vaccinate for Rabies (one year)
  • Vaccinate for FVRCP and FELV
  • Vaccinate for FIV (outdoor packages only)
  • Continue flea control every month

6 months:

  • Schedule a spay or neuter procedure and pre-anesthetic blood testing
  • Microchip for permanent identification
  • Continue flea control every month

Annual Care:

  • Complete physical exam annually
  • Vaccinate for FVRCP and FELV (one year)
